Nice bar for drinks & breakfast. Affordable breakfast options at €13 each.
Blockade preventing access for bag drop off from 1 PM to 2 AM. Upon arrival, we received a substandard handicapped room with broken A/C and noise from party crowds outside. Cleaning staff entered the room without proper knocking. No air conditioning and noisy conditions due to building works nearby.

Had a great time with friends exploring the area, especially at the beach and trying out surfing! The location is central, and there's a nice bar that offers a fair breakfast for €13. The rooms were clean and functional, making it an overall pleasant stay.
One downside was the heavy and ill-fitting door to our room, which could use some attention.

The convenient location near parking at Place Bellevue and just minutes from the seafront is excellent. The air conditioning in the room wasn't adequate and left much to be desired. While the hotel had friendly staff and offered good coffee, the basic room left a lot to be improved, especially regarding cleanliness and space.
